The K.M.S.S had their Christmas awards dinner on Saturday 3rd December.
It was a very humbling experience, and we (Shawn and I) were able to present them with a cheque for 4.5million won, which equates to about 3000 dollars.
It felt like the appropriate ending to the 4in4 mission, and a great end to the year.
Thanks for all your support, donations and kind comments. We’ve raised a significant amount of money and awareness and hopefully it will make a difference to many sufferer’s quality of life.
Watch this space for more projects!
Merry Christmas!
Joe and the team.

Post-Race Post

Hello all, apologies for the silence.
It has taken me almost a full calendar week to get my body to the point where it doesn’t need 25 hours sleep and I can climb stairs without wincing.
Here is an article (written by me) all about the challenge, I hope it ties in nicely with the video clips!

If you want to make a donation still, please go right ahead and click the “how to donate” tab on the right hand side.

Marathon Update

11 Sep

APOLOGIES FOR THE SILENCE! Internet has been a bit hard to come by… this update comes to you from Claire – currently on the other end of a strong coffee in Cafe Bene, waiting for Joe and today’s team to roll in.

Marathon One is done and dusted. The 4IN4 Mission began yesterday in Seoul without any (major) glitches. Marathon Two is about 30 minutes from completion.

Joe set off this morning with two accomplished long distance runners, Elliot and Evan, in overcast, mizzly Busan. There has been vulgar carbo loading, ten hours of solid sleep, peanut butter toast and an excruciating ice bath between yesterday’s run and today’s.

We will post a video about Marathon One this evening. Thanks for all the support – please keep the donations rolling in.

Half the World Away

After numerous attempts to get my Creative Writing published, the one thing I get in my old Uni newspaper is this! 🙂

Many thanks to Dr Emma Rees and (soon to be) Dr Anna Mackenzie for their influence back at my old stamping ground of Chester.

Local press seem to have picked up on it too, including the Chester Chronicle and the Chester Leader. Tomorrow’s Fish and Chip wrappers? Maybe!

Currently having a cup of tea and reading the news. Calm before the storm, much?
